Mrs. Crocker is the 3rd grade school counselor. She received her Master of Science in School Counseling from the University of Memphis. Mrs. Crocker is a member of the American School Counselor Association and is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi. Mrs. Crocker lives in Southaven with her husband, Anthony. Mrs. Crocker loves ALL animals and has a cat named Freddie.

Christina Palmer
Mrs. Palmer is the 4th and 5th grade counselor. She attended Delta State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She received a Master's Degree from the University of Mississippi in School Counseling. She is National Certified Counselor and National Certified School Counselor. Mrs. Palmer taught 4th and 5th grade in the South Panola School District for 5 1/2 years. She has been a counselor in DeSoto County since 2013. She lives in Hernando with her husband, Nathan and 2 daughters, Evelyn and June. Mrs. Palmer enjoys reading, spending time with family, being in regional theater productions, and traveling in her spare time.

Mrs. York has been at Southaven Intermediate since it opened in 2007. She has also worked in education as an assistant teacher and library assistant. She has one daughter and 2 sons. She enjoys reading, watching movies with her daughter and spending time with her family. |
